Pastor Tim Marr was raised in a Spirit-filled home, where the focus was of faith, family, and values. He has been preaching the Gospel for 25 years, beginning at the age of 16. He has been in full time ministry for 20 years.

  He attended World Harvest Bible College, Columbus, Ohio earning a diploma in Pastoral Studies. He also earned a diploma with honors from Allentown Christian School, Allentown, Pennsylvania.  Pastor Marr was ordained through City Harvest Network in 2003.

  He comes to Victory  Fellowship Church after recently serving six years as Senior Pastor for Impact Church, Toledo, Ohio. He spent eight years as a full time Evangelist with Freedom Ministries of Orlando, Florida; was Associate Pastor with First Christian Assembly, Burlington, New Jersey; Associate Pastor with True Life Church, Bangor, Maine; and Youth Pastor, Avon Worship Center, Avon North Carolina.

  Pastor Tim and his wife Kimberly have been married for 19 years and have been blessed with three beautiful children Jillian-15, Judah-13, and Josiah-11.

  Pastor Tim declares, “Our ministry is spirit-filled and spirit-led.  We both were raised in Pentecostal homes, and believe that God desires for all people to encounter Him in a supernatural way.  We believe in the manifestation and continuation of all spiritual gifts. We desire to see communities and regions transformed by the power and glory of God!”
